Get your team’s hours back.
Unpile finds the slow, manual work in your business, fixes the process, and automates it. Your team gets through more work in less time, at lower cost, with fewer mistakes.
Built for work that repeats: invoices, inboxes, approvals, reports, data entry, and questions.
In.
Invoices, emails, forms, bookings. Whatever piles up goes in.
Unpile.
The automation reads each item, checks it against your rules, and does the job. Your team does not touch it.

What you get
-
Hours back
Routine work runs on its own, so your team stops retyping, chasing, and rebuilding.
-
Lower cost per task
Fewer manual steps means fewer people-hours on every invoice, email, and report.
-
Fewer mistakes
Your rules are checked the same way every time. Anything odd goes to a person.
We measure time, cost, and errors before we start and again after, so you see the difference in your own numbers.

Pick a job your team does by hand. Watch what happens to it, then see what it adds up to. These are examples with stated assumptions, not client results. Open any one in the calculator and change the numbers to match your team.
Invoices and documents. Today: Someone opens each invoice, finds the matching order, compares the amounts, and types the result in. At month-end the stack is still there. With Unpile: Each invoice is read as it arrives, matched to its order, and checked against your rules. People see only the ones that do not match. Email and inbox. Today: The inbox refills as fast as you empty it. Urgent messages sit under routine ones. With Unpile: Messages are sorted by urgency. Routine replies go out on their own, drafted from your own answers. You see only what needs you. Approvals. Today: Requests wait in someone’s inbox. People chase for signatures. With Unpile: Each approver gets a one-screen summary. Reminders go out before anything stalls. Reports. Today: Every month someone copies numbers from three systems into the same spreadsheet and rebuilds the charts. With Unpile: The report builds itself from your systems and lands on time, with checks on the numbers. Data entry. Today: The same details get retyped into two or three systems. Typos creep in. With Unpile: Entered once. It shows up in every system where it belongs, and odd values are flagged. Questions. Today: The same customer and staff questions arrive all day, and the same people answer them. With Unpile: Questions are answered from your own documents, with the source shown. Hard ones go to a person.
Fix the process first. Then automate it.
Automating a messy process only makes the mess faster. We simplify first, then automate what is left. Four steps, and you can stop after any of them. The numbers from each step decide whether the next is worth doing.
-
Find where the time goes
We spend two to three weeks with the people who do the work. We map each process, time every step, and find where hours and money leak.
You get a ranked list of processes, with the time and money each one would save.
-
Simplify the process
We remove the steps, handoffs, and rework that should not exist. Fewer steps means less to automate and less to go wrong.
You get a shorter process your team agrees on.
-
Automate what is left
We build inside the tools you already use. We use AI agents where a task needs judgment and plain automation where rules are enough. Your team tests everything before it goes live.
You get working automations, tested on your real work, with people kept in the loop.
-
Prove the savings
We watch it run, fix what breaks, and train the people who own it. Then we measure time, cost, and errors against where you started.
You get runbooks, training, and a measured before and after.
What is the busywork costing you?
Pick a job, or set your own numbers. See the hours and money you could get back each year.
Example: 2 people spend 12 hours a week each on matching and posting invoices, at $40 an hour. If 75% of it can be automated, that is 936 hours back each year, about $37,440. This is an illustration with assumed numbers, not a client result.
Automation your team can trust.
-
People stay in control
Automations read, draft, match, and remind. Your people approve, decide, and handle the exceptions.
-
Works in your tools
We build inside the email, spreadsheets, and systems your team already uses, wherever those tools allow it.
-
Savings you can measure
We measure time, cost, and errors before we build and again after. If a fix does not move a number, we say so.
Questions we get first.
Book a 30-minute callWhat does Unpile do?
We find the slow, manual, repetitive parts of your processes, simplify them, and automate them. The result is less time and cost per task, and fewer errors. We use AI and agents where they help and simpler automation where that is enough.
What kind of work can be automated?
Work that follows the same steps most of the time: matching invoices, sorting email, chasing approvals, building reports, retyping data, answering repeat questions. If your team does it the same way every time, it can probably be automated.
What is an AI agent?
Software that does a task from start to finish. It reads the input, decides what to do using your rules, acts in your tools, and asks a person when it is unsure.
Do we have to change our tools?
No. We build inside the tools you already use, such as email, spreadsheets, and your accounting or customer system, wherever those tools allow it.
Will this replace anyone?
We aim at waiting, retyping, and chasing. Those are the steps nobody wants. Decisions stay with your people.
How do you measure the savings?
We time the task today, build the fix, and time it again on the same kind of work. You get the before and after side by side, in hours, cost, and errors.
How long until we see a result?
The review takes two to three weeks. At the end of it we scope the first automation, with a date and the number it should move.
What does it cost?
The review has a fixed fee, agreed after a 30-minute call. Build work is quoted per automation, so you only pay for what the review shows is worth doing.
Where does our data go?
We work inside your systems and accounts wherever we can. If a tool needs to send data to an AI model, we agree the provider, the region, and the retention terms with you before we build anything.
Why the name Unpile?
Work piles up: invoices, inboxes, approvals, reports. Our job is the opposite. We take the pile apart, automate the steps that repeat, and send the unusual items to a person. The name is what you should end up with: no pile.
Tell us what is not working. We fix it.
Two or three sentences is enough. We will tell you what can be automated and what it could save. We reply within two business days with questions or a time for a 30-minute call.
